Two New Homes Under Contract in Lemay

The Housing Partnership, Inc. is partnering with C. F. Vatterott on the construction of two new single family for-sale homes in Lemay and both the homes are under contract with first time homebuyers!  These three bedroom, two bath homes are energy efficient and have universal design features.  The homes are made possible through HOME Investment Partnership funds administered by the St. Louis County Office of Community Development to assist with the creation of affordable housing for low and moderate income families. THP’s Homebuyer Services provides education and one-on-one credit and budget counseling meetings designed to provide you with knowledge and confidence throughout the home buying process. Also learn how to access downpayment and closing cost assistance funding. 

THP provides down payment and closing cost assistance in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson County and St. Charles County.

Established in 1998 by area residents and businesses with the financial support of St. Louis County Government, The Housing Partnership, is a non-profit community development corporation with a 501c3 designation by the IRS.  THP provides services that benefit both the existing residents of the Lemay community and homebuyers throughout the greater St. Louis region.  Our programming includes Home Repair Services for existing low and moderate income Lemay homeowners; Homebuyer Services that provides education and one-on-one counseling, access to several forms of Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance funding, and top quality mortgage loans; and Residential Development Services, focused on the revitalization of the Lemay community through the development of new and rehabilitated homes.

Our goal is to promote and enhance the quality of life in the community by creating a healthy and economically sustainable living environment for families.  We accomplish this by collaborating and partnering with residents, businesses, educational institutions, and local government.

The Housing Partnership is proud to be designated as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency.

THP provides quality, professional home repairs to low and moderate income homeowners who cannot afford the necessary improvements needed to increase the health and safety of their home.


Homeowner and Homebuyer Education Workshops

THP provides a Homebuyer and Homeowner Education Workshop Series to any interested individual. The goal is to create more sustainable homeownership opportunities for local residents and residents throughout the St Louis Metropolitan Area.


Residential Development

THP develops affordable housing in the Lemay community. The developments primarily focus on stabilizing the existing neighborhoods and creating more modern and efficient housing options for Lemay residents.
