Our goal is to promote and enhance the quality of life in the community by creating a healthy and economically sustainable living environment for families.  We accomplish this by collaborating and partnering with residents, businesses, educational institutions, and local government.

The Housing Partnership is proud to be designated as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency.

Lemay is a terrific place to call home. Only twenty minutes south of the Arch in Saint Louis County and right on the river, neighbors here take care of each other and have tremendous pride in their neighborhoods.

For over 15 years, THP has worked to assist homeowners with the things they need to remain in their home and to bring new families to the area. Won’t you join us?
